Review History And Timelines

Use this guide to review private lifecycle events, timelines, and editable event details in the public Humidor Reserve 1.0 iPhone and iPad app.

Timeline workflow

Steps

  1. Open History. History shows private added, transferred, smoked, removed or gifted, and discarded lifecycle events as a newest-first chronological list.
  2. Review each row. Rows show cigar vitola, humidor name, event type, event date, and rating when a rating applies.
  3. Filter the list. Use History Filter to narrow by event type, humidor, brand/line/vitola text, date range, or rating. Rating filters use all-time history.
  4. Open a timeline. Selecting a History row opens the individual physical cigar timeline with the cigar summary, current or final status, humidor context, entry date, age, ready status, and newest-first events.
  5. Open event detail. Tapping a timeline event opens Event Detail/Edit so you can inspect the event date, humidor snapshot, notes, and tasting fields where applicable.
  6. Know which events are locked. Added-to-humidor, removed or gifted, and discarded events are locked after save and are not deletable.
  7. Edit eligible events. Transfer events can edit event date and note. Smoked/tasting records can edit event date, whole-number 1-10 rating, tasting note, flavor tags, optional duration, photo where available, and Smoking spot.
  8. Use Smoking spot suggestions. Smoked/tasting edits can choose reusable Smoking Spot suggestions such as Back patio, separate from purchase location or cigar storage location values.
