Manage Account Controls

Use this guide to find Profile settings, privacy controls, legal links, sign-out, and account deletion in the public Humidor Reserve 1.0 iPhone and iPad app.

Profile workflow

Steps

  1. Open Profile. Profile is the central place for Plan, Preferences, Sync/Network, Backup & Restore, Receipts, Statistics, Wishlist, Favorites, Privacy/App Lock, Send Feedback, Account Deletion, and Sign Out.
  2. Adjust preferences when needed. Profile Preferences manages display name, country and state where applicable, temperature and length units, currency, and cigar strength scale.
  3. Review Plan without changing collection data. Plan shows the current tier and management actions such as restore purchases, Customer Center, Privacy Policy, and Apple Standard EULA or Terms of Use links where available.
  4. Check Sync/Network before leaving the account. Sync/Network shows sync status, retry paths where available, regular data cellular settings, photo and receipt upload cellular settings, and backup-health context.
  5. Use Privacy/App Lock for local privacy. Privacy/App Lock manages biometric app lock availability, purchase-price visibility, anonymous diagnostics sharing, and a contextual feedback path.
  6. Choose diagnostics intentionally. Diagnostics sharing is optional. Withdrawing diagnostics consent stops future diagnostics, clears queued local diagnostics, and clears the local app-instance identifier.
  7. Send product feedback from Profile or a relevant problem screen. Send Feedback asks for a category and message, with an optional reply-only email. The app also sends app/build version, OS version, broad device type, locale, the current feedback entry point, and an allowlisted non-sensitive error code when relevant. Raw feedback is retained for 90 days. Screenshots and attachments are not included, and a response is not guaranteed.
  8. Sign out only after blockers clear. Sign-out clears local synced data for the signed-in app account after sync blockers pass. It does not delete cloud account data by itself.
  9. Delete the account only when intended. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible, requires typing DELETE, and is blocked while unsynced local changes remain. Successful deletion clears local account data after cloud deletion completes.
