Getting started
Set Up Humidor Reserve
Use this guide to complete the public iPhone and iPad first-run flow and reach your private collection workspace.
First-run flow
Steps
- Sign in with Apple. Humidor Reserve requires an Apple account before private collection data can be entered.
- Complete availability and age checks. The app checks the active App Store country or region, uses Apple age assurance where available, and then asks for the country legal-age confirmation.
- Wait for private restore. Initial private CloudKit restore must finish, or an existing valid local cache must be available, before profile setup or app content appears.
- Set up your profile. Enter a display name and confirm country, currency, temperature, and length preferences. Profile country is a preference and does not unlock an unsupported storefront.
- Choose notification permission or Not Now. Onboarding continues whether permission is granted or skipped; Home remains the fallback for readiness visibility.
- Create the first humidor. Save a private storage location with a name, capacity, and target conditions so the app can open the main workspace.
- Review the product version prompt. If shown, continue with the Free version or review available Humidor Reserve product versions without entering any tobacco commerce workflow.
- Use the main tabs. Home, Humidors, Catalog, History, and Profile appear after required gates are complete.

This guide is practical setup help for the public iPhone and iPad app. It does not add app functionality, publish release history, imply future-platform availability, or create any tobacco sales or advertising surface.
