Inventory workflow

Steps

1. Start from Humidors or Catalog. Open a humidor and choose the add-cigar action, or find a bundled vitola from Catalog and choose Add to Humidor.
2. Select a specific vitola. Search by brand, line, or vitola, then choose the exact catalog result. Inventory additions require a selected vitola.
3. Choose the destination humidor. Confirm the private humidor that will hold the new cigar records. Quantity cannot exceed that humidor's free capacity.
4. Enter quantity and dates. Quantity creates separate physical cigar records. Entry date must be today or earlier, and optional purchase date must be today or earlier and no later than entry date.
5. Review the aging target. Aging target defaults to 90 days and can be changed before save. A target of 0 days marks the cigar ready immediately.
6. Add optional private details. Packaging, purchase price and currency, purchase location, cigar storage location, notes, and photo can be added where the active product version allows them.
7. Save the cigar records. The humidor count updates after save, and the saved records appear in the selected humidor inventory.
8. Create custom cigars only when needed. If no bundled match exists, quick custom creation requires brand, line or name, and vitola before the cigar can be added to inventory.
